Membership Info

KAP works on behalf of all Manitoba farmers, bringing their concerns to decision-makers on the provincial and national level. To help keep our voice strong, we encourage you to become a member of KAP.

Membership is only $150 plus GST for a farm unit. It can be prepaid by cheque, and we ask that you include the information in the membership form (PDF, 44 KB). You can also choose to have dues deducted from your commodity deliveries - for more information about this system, please contact our office.

Why You Should be a KAP Member

With membership in KAP, you become part of a knowledge network. Our members are experts in farming and if you have a question, we will do everything we can to get an answer, whether it's from another producer, organization, company, or government. You are also welcome at all KAP district meetings, where resolutions that direct the organization are developed. If you want to become more involved, members are able to sit on committees, or be nominated to run for an executive position. With membership, you have the power to affect KAP's policy. As a member, you receive KAP's magazine, the Manitoba Farmers' Voice, and can subscribe to our weekly KAP Alert newsletter (by email or fax).
