KAP Committees & Their Roles

KAP has a number of committees that cover a broad range of agricultural issues. The committee's role is to gather information and make recommendations to KAP on areas of importance, and to also follow through on policies relating to their areas of expertise. Committees are chaired by members of the KAP executive, and report back to General Council and the annual meeting. The most recent committee reports were presented to KAP's General Council meeting in April 2009, and provide a more in-depth look at the issues that they are working on.
